    Yes, all of our products are cruelty-free and we are Leaping Bunny certified. We test nothing on animals.

  • ARE YOU OWNED BY A COMPANY THAT TESTS ON ANIMALS? addremove

  • DO YOU USE PARABENS IN YOUR PRODUCTS? addremove

    Negative. Everything we develop is made without parabens, phthalates or sulfates, and we use natural ingredients + extracts whenever possible.

  • ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN? addremove

    Yes, all of our products are 100% Vegan.

  • MY PRODUCT ISN'T WORKING, WHAT SHOULD I DO? addremove

    If you received a product in an Airless Pump (such as a Travel Size product, or a Serum) and the pump is not dispensing, please try these steps:

    1. Hit the base of the bottle firmly on a table or counter a few times. This will loosen the disc inside that sometimes gets stuck.
    2. Hold the bottle upside down and pump it 15-20 times. Sometimes the bottle needs some priming before the mechanism inside will work.
    3. If this does not work, repeat again.

  • WHERE IS MY ORDER? addremove

    Orders are processed and shipped on the same day, or the next day, depending when they come in. Usually an order placed by 12PM will be shipped on the same day. Orders after 12PM will be shipped the next day. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day, same with statutory holidays. You can access your order status and history anytime by signing into your account. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail shipping confirmation with the tracking information, to the e-mail address provided at purchase. For anything else, you can reach us at support@thisisfeel.com.

    Shipping is free for all orders of $50 or more in the continental USA! US orders less than $50 are flat rate of $8.99 Your shipping is calculated automatically at checkout. You can learn more on our shipping page here.

    No. The packing slip includes the items shipped only, not the prices!

    Unfortunately, right now we are a small company and not able to send out free samples. We hope to be able to in the future!

  • IS YOUR PACKAGING RECYCLABLE? addremove

    We use a mix of different types of packaging, all of which is recyclable: 100% PCR Plastic; Aluminum; and Glass. Some items like plastic lids or labels may not be recyclable in your area.
