Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my product?
If your product is unused and unopened, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll refund you in full to your original form of payment, minus any shipping charges. We know this can get confusing, so feel free to email us with any questions, okay?
How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can set it right.
How can I update my order?
If you need to cancel or change your order, email us ASAP. We process orders pretty quickly, but we’ll do our best to give you exactly what you want.
